By accessing or using BusinessNav's website, registering for webinars, completing intake forms, or engaging with any of our coaching services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

BusinessNav provides career transition coaching, educational workshops, one-on-one PRO Strategy Sessions, resume guidance, LinkedIn optimization support, and related resources for experienced professionals navigating career change. Our services are designed to educate, coach, and empower — they do not constitute employment placement services, legal advice, or financial advisory services.

BusinessNav does not guarantee employment, job placement, specific salary outcomes, or any particular result from participation in our programs or services. Results depend entirely on your individual effort, implementation, market conditions, and other factors outside our control. Any testimonials or examples shared are not guarantees of similar outcomes.

Our coaching and financial transition guidance are educational in nature. BusinessNav is not a licensed financial advisor, attorney, or employment agency. Information provided through our programs should not be construed as professional financial, legal, or tax advice. We encourage you to consult with licensed professionals for decisions in those areas.

Fees for PRO Sessions and other paid services are disclosed at the time of purchase. All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing. If you have concerns about a service you purchased, please contact us within 7 days of the service date at hello@businessnav.cc and we will work with you in good faith to find a resolution.

You may reschedule a PRO Session up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment at no charge. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows may forfeit the session fee. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BusinessNav shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to BusinessNav in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party tools (e.g., scheduling platforms, webinar providers). These links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content or practices of those third-party sites.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Nashville, Tennessee.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will indicate changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
